Our policy lasts 30 days.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the seller or manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for any reason not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will be refused.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We'll also let you know if your refund is approved. Your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.
There may be some processing time before your refund is posted.

If you need to replace your refund with the same item, email us at support@motarcom.fr
Gifts. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll send the refund to them, so they'll know you've returned their gift.
